Access to some tools on the Lowe’s EWC Portal are aligned with permissions set up for your organization. If you contact your Administrator and still feel that the message is in error, please contact us via the ‘Support’ section.
Feeds
We have designed the portal so that you can select the data fields that your systems require. Simply navigate to the Custom Feeds page from the header navigation menu, select the desired data attributes from the categories section and you will see them appear in the 'selected fields' section. Fields in this section will be part of your custom feed. Finish by entering your FTP information and the schedule you wish to receive the file on. If you have any issues receiving the file on your selected schedule, reach out to us in the 'Support' section.
Next to each field, you will notice a ‘tool-tip’ explaining what the field is and other details related to it. As always, if you still find yourself in need of further information, reach out to us in the ‘Support’ section.
